Center Theatre Group will present the North American premiere of Old Friends at Los Angeles' Ahmanson Theatre in advance of the Broadway premiere at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre on 25 March 2025 Bernadette Peters and Lea Salonga will be transferring with the show.

28 February-13 April... This charming and bittersweet tale of love, loneliness and survival sets songs cut from Sondheim's better-known musicals, as well as songs from his then-unproduced musical Saturday Night, to a dialogue-free plot about the relationship between two lonely New York single people.
