SSSSPOTY 2023 - sneak preview from the rehearsal room

Today, the finalists of the 2023 Stephen Sondheim Society Student Performer of the Year competition met for the first time for a rehearsal with our Director Louise Shephard and Movement Directors Lindsay Atherton and Lucy Young, plus Musical Director Nigel Lilley and Assistant MD John Haslam. Each student gets 1-1 time with Nigel and but also have one of just two opportunities to run through the event's opening number!

You can see the students in action after just one hour of rehearsals, in anticipation of the Grand Final on Sunday 11th June at 3pm.
